CHALLENGES

When Mypetz decided to move forward with us for Digital Marketing, we knew that it would be an uphill challenge to market them when competition is getting fierce at the same time opponents like Amazon, Flipkart, are making inroads as legitimate players and gaining the trust of customers is very important as nowadays people don't trust a new or unknown source.

The other challenge was that the Client developed the site in Wix a huge downfall with Wix is that they don't allow too much technical customization and also it's not SEO friendly enough. We had the strategies in place, we knew who we were trying to reach.

APPROACH

The approach we took for Mypetz was heavily focused on SEO and Google Ads tocompete with leaders like Amazon and Flipkart. We are very experienced in E-commerce,so from the start, we knew that Shopping Campaign would be the best-performing Campaign for MyPetz.

After setting up the Shopping Campaign, we decided to set up other campaigns also, which is Search Campaign, display campaign. Once we had the ads in place to scale, we pushed more budget into those ads.

On the SEO site of strategy, we knew we were competing with big brands like Amazon and Flipkart, so we needed to rank the site for that we have decided to change the site from Wix to WordPress so we can do more customization on-site and also we can do SEO effectively.

We knew we were competing with multiple other players on the content side of the strategy, so we needed to make MyPetz stand out from the others.

We could accomplish this by not being heavily promotional about their products.

Instead, the content strategy consisted of educating their audience with high-quality content.

This content fully captured their audience’s trust and allowed us to expand rapidly with the MyPetz.

Once the ads were up and ready to scale, they started to gain massive virality, which in return turned into major organic exposure for MyPetz.
