Requirements:
- You have experience working as an in-house recruiter.
- You are passion-driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work.
- Develop recruitment sourcing strategy including direct sourcing, agency usage, campus programs, etc.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
