Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years experience with WordPress development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress standards and best practices.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Proficiency with WordPress theming frameworks like Genesis or Underscores.
- Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of WordPress REST API integration.
- Experience with scalable WordPress development and optimization.
- Knowledge of WordPress security and performance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
Company Overview
Responsibility Includes:
- Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
- Designing and building the website front-end.
- Creating the website architecture.
- Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
- Conducting website performance tests.
- Troubleshooting content issues.
- Conducting WordPress training with the client.
- Monitoring the performance of the live website.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage projects.
