Being The Youngest Real Estate Firm with almost a decade of real estate experience, we understand the demographic that Cincinnati & NKY strives to market towards. Moey Inc’s philosophy started from humble beginnings in Zarqa, Jordan. Living in close-knit communities with an emphasis on hospitality highlighted Traditional Business strategies that are still in use to this day. Coming to Cincinnati and seeing neglected Historic Districts inspired the implementation of this approach to redefine these neighborhoods in a more cohesive way.

CHALLENGES
Moey Properties was a real estate firm in a highly competitive Cincinnati market with many buyer options. We struggled to showcase why buyers should choose Moey over more well-known, established firms. They needed to differentiate themselves, but lacked a coherent online presence. Their website was outdated, slow, and poorly optimized.
Though having potential, they relied on word-of-mouth and referrals, limiting reach. They missed out on engaging their target audience online, especially those interested in historic properties. To increase awareness and stay competitive, they needed an experienced partner to manage their SEO and content marketing. So we had to find ways to help them:

APPROACH
The first thing we did was thoroughly check Moey Properties’ current website and how it ranks in search engines. We also looked at what other real estate companies they compete with online. We used this information to understand where they currently stand and set realistic goals to improve.
By following search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, we improved their overall search ranking and made their website and target keywords more visible. We also used local SEO and Google My Business to optimize their presence in their area.
We created a content marketing plan focused on publishing high-quality and useful content on their website and blog. We researched what their target audience searches for and wants to read about. Then we wrote content that matches those needs. We used keyword tools and analyzed their competitors to find the best opportunities to rank higher and increase traffic.
We thoroughly checked the technical side of their website to ensure it loads fast, is secure, and easy to use. We also structured their website data to improve how it looks and works in search results. We optimized their website for mobile devices and voice searches since more people find information that way.
We built and managed backlinks to their website using ethical link building techniques and outreach campaigns. We also used social media to promote their content for more engagement and referrals.
We monitored and analyzed their SEO efforts using Google Analytics and Search Console. We used data-driven insights to refine their strategy. We also updated them regularly and provided detailed and transparent reports on their SEO progress and results.
